Cove Artist

Kelley Love

Artisan jewelry from found & natural objects · Florida coast

Kelley Love is a wife, a mother, an artist, a dreamer & a tree hugger. Like a crow attracted to something shiny, she's been a treasure hunter her whole life. Growing up on the Florida coast afforded her the opportunity to collect & covet shells & sharks teeth and rocks worn smooth from the surf; along with an overall respect & appreciation for the natural world around us. Combine that with a mom who surrounded Kelley and siblings with art & craft projects, a dad who took them fossil hunting and on journeys through the woods & a grandmother who, for as long as Kelley can remember, has been reusing & recycling packaging & plastic items since before it was popular! Kelley's jewelry designs stem from this very same foundation: an appreciation & love of Mother Earth & the predisposition to reuse or repurpose anything she can. Many of her artisan pieces are one of a kind: creatively assembled using vintage & rescued treasures, found & natural objects, genuine gemstones, sparkly glass and other bits & baubles, they imbue a free-spirited, earthy bohemian vibe.
