A few simple notes on how orders travel from our little shop on Bridge Street to your door, and what to do if something is not quite right when it arrives.

Shipping

From the island to your door.

We ship across the United States and its territories.
All orders ship from Anna Maria Island and Bradenton, Florida.
Orders ship within 1 to 3 days of purchase.
All shipping is standard, 3 to 5 business days. We do not offer express shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves the shop.

Returns and exchanges

We want you 100% joyful.

At Cove, we want to see our customers 100% joyful. If you receive an online order you are not absolutely satisfied with, start a Return or Exchange request and one of our team members will be in touch within 1 to 3 days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Discounted items are final sale.
Online returns are refunded as store credit via an online gift voucher. Cash refunds are only issued when an item arrives damaged.
Your first return is on us. We send a prepaid shipping label to print, tape to your box, and drop at any USPS branch.
A second return requires the customer to arrange and cover return shipping.

Need to start a request?

The return and exchange form is private and normally reached by scanning the QR code on the little postcard tucked inside your order. If you have your postcard, that is the easiest way in. If you cannot find it, send us a note and we will help.
