Official Rules: September Sea Turtle Bundle Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time on 1 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on 30 September 2026. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be counted. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Visit the giveaway page on this website and submit the entry form with your first name and email address. A mobile number is optional. Submitting the form gives you one entry. No purchase is required and no payment of any kind is required.
Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Entries submitted by any automated means, or by anyone using multiple email addresses or identities, will be disqualified.
5. Bonus entries
You may claim additional entries by completing any of the optional actions listed on the entry form. The number of additional entries awarded for each action is shown beside it on that form. Bonus entries are self reported at the time of entry and are verified before a winner is confirmed. If you cannot show that you completed an action you claimed, that action's entries will be removed and, at the Sponsor's discretion, your entry may be disqualified.
6. Free alternate method of claiming bonus entries
Some bonus actions involve a social media account. You do not need a social media account, and you do not need to complete any social action, to receive the same number of bonus entries. To claim them for free, send an email to findyourcove@gmail.com during the entry period with the subject line "Giveaway bonus entries" and include your first name and the email address you entered with. You will be awarded the same total number of bonus entries as a person who completed every listed action. Requests must be received before the entry period closes. Limit one such request per person.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and on the number of bonus entries claimed by each entrant.
8. Prize
One winner will receive the September Sea Turtle Bundle, an assortment of island made turtle themed items as described on the giveaway page. Approximate retail value: $300 US dollars. The prize is awarded as is, with no warranty of any kind. No cash equivalent, substitution or transfer is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The prize will be shipped free of charge to an address within the United States, or may be collected in person at 104 Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach, Florida. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
9. Winner selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, on or about 1 October 2026. Each entry counts as one chance to win, so an entrant holding more entries has a proportionally greater chance of winning.
10. Notification and claim
The winner will be notified by email, and by text message if they provided a mobile number and consented to receive messages, within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond and provide a valid shipping address within fourteen days of the first notification attempt. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entering constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner's first name and city, and to announce the result on the Sponsor's website and social media channels, without further compensation.
12. Privacy
Information you submit will be used to administer this giveaway and, where you have given consent, to send you marketing messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of entry and is not required to win. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing findyourcove@gmail.com.
13. Social media platform release
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Facebook. By entering, you release Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. and Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints about this giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor at findyourcove@gmail.com and not to any social media platform.
14. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claim, injury or loss arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
15. Governing law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
16. Winner list
