This website is operated by Cove Gallery & Boutique, 104 Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach, Florida 34217. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Cove Gallery & Boutique, and "you" means the person using the site.

What this website is

This site is a place to read about the gallery, the artists who show with us, and the businesses and happenings around the south end of Anna Maria Island. It is a publication and a directory. It is not a shop.

Our online shop is a separate service

You cannot buy anything on this website. Our online shop is at ilovecove.com, operated on the Square platform. Purchases, payments, shipping and returns for online orders are governed by the terms and the privacy policy of that service, not by these terms. We never see or store your card details.

Our shipping and returns page on this website describes how we handle orders as a matter of practice. Where anything on that page differs from the terms of the shop where you actually placed your order, the shop's terms govern the transaction.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything on this site. You may not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to interfere with how the site works, to attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to collect information about other people.

If you submit anything through a form on this site, you agree that what you send is accurate, that it is yours to send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Content you send us

Some parts of this site invite you to send us material, including artist applications, event submissions, commission requests and photographs.

You keep ownership of anything you send. By sending it, you give us permission to store it, to review it, and, where it was sent for that purpose, to publish it on this website and in our own social media and marketing. You can ask us to take it down by emailing findyourcove@gmail.com and we will do so within a reasonable time.

Do not send us anything confidential. We cannot promise to keep unsolicited ideas confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.

The words, photographs, artwork and design on this site belong to us or to the artists and businesses who allowed us to publish them. Artwork shown here remains the property of the artist who made it. Please do not reproduce it commercially without permission. You are welcome to share links, and to quote us with attribution.

Artists, businesses and events listed here

Our directories list local artists, businesses and events as a service to the community. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee about anyone's goods or services. Details change, and we cannot promise that every listing is complete or current. Any dealings you have with a business or artist listed here are between you and them.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Giveaways

Giveaways run on this site are governed by their own official rules, published on this website, which take precedence over these terms for anything relating to a giveaway.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that it will always be available, or that any particular information is complete.
